GENERAL

BOOKING PROCESS

1.

To reserve, please send the reservation form on our website. Within two days you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with all details. Confirm your booking within 7 days by sending your deposit for the desired rental accommodation or camping pitch for a quick booking procedure.

Please use the same name for the application and the payment.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION OPTIONS

The first deposit is 50% of the total rental fee and has to be paid within 7 days after the reservation. The remainder will have to be paid not later than 6 weeks before arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks before arrival, payment of the total rental fee has to be done within 7 days after the reservation.
After receiving the first payment, we will send you a confirmation. After the first payment has been done, point 4 of the General Conditions (cancellation, late arrival and early departure) applies to the booking.
After receiving the final payment, we will send you the final confirmation of the reservation (contract).

RESERVATION FEES

The reservation fees are € 13,50.

CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of cancellation within 2 months prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposited amount.

In case of cancellation more then 3 months prior to the arrival date, 60% of the deposited amount will be refunded.

Another option when cancelling more then 2 months prior to the arrival date, is to put the already paid amount on a voucher on your name. That voucher will have a validity period up to the end of the next summer season.

In case of later arrival or early departure, we will charge you for the total of reserved days. Later arrival or early departure does not lead to any kind of refund.

We recommend a cancellation insurance.

In all cases, please inform us as soon as possible!

VISITORS

5.

Guests of the campsite are held accountable for signing up their own visitors at the reception.

DAMAGE / INJURY / INCONVENIENCE

6.

For damage, injury and inconveniences that could occur during the stay caused by force majeure (e.g. a temporary closure of the pool caused by bacteria or defect) we cannot accept any responsibility.

CAMPING RULES

The guests and visitors must fully adhere to the rules of procedure and the terms and conditions. The management has the right to deny access to the campsite in case of misbehaviour. In case of denied access as a result of misbehaviour or misdemeanours there is no refund of paid fees!

CAMPING PITCHES

AVAILABILITY

9.

The pitch is available from 12:00 onwards. Departure is before 11 am, in order for the pitch to be available for the arriving guests in time.

DOGS / CATS

10.

Vaccinated dogs with passport and cats are allowed at the campsite (not in the rental tents). Dogs have to be on a leash at all times on the campsite. Just outside of the campsite you can walk your dog in the woods or on the pasture.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS

AVAILABILITY

There is a minimum of 5 nights for renting in the high/mid season. Arrival and departure days are: Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. In low season there is a minimum of 2 nights and no fixed arrival and departure days.
The rental accommodations are available from 4:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am. We need that time to get the accommodation clean and available upon arrival of the new guests!

RENT ACCOMMODATION INVENTORY

We find it very important to present the rental accommodation, the interior and the complete inventory in perfect condition upon arrival. You can report any imperfections on the day of arrival. After, we will assume that you have found everything in good condition and present according to the inventory list.

DEPARTURE

13.

We expect that if defects are found, things have gone broken or missing, this will be reported to us before departure. Observed damage or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.

CLEANING

14.

We present the rental accommodation in a clean and neat state and expect you to leave it like that when departing. When the accommodation is not clean when you are departing, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.

DEPOSIT

15.

The deposit of € 175,- will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Cleaning costs and the costs of missing or broken items will be deducted from the deposit.

BEDS

16.

The "De Waard" 6 persons tents are standard equipped with 2 single beds with a double duvet and 4 camping mattresses. Bring along: 4 sleeping bags and sheets and pillowcases for the double bed.

The "Karsten" 4 persons tents are equipped with 4 single beds with 1 double duvet, 2 single duvets and 4 pillows. Bring your own sheets and pillowcases.

The Caravan is equipped with 1 double bed with duvet and pillows. Bring your own sheets and pillowcases.

You can rent a set of sheets. For hygiene reasons we are obliged to provide sheets and charge you with the rental cost in case you didn't bring your own.

ADDITIONAL

POOL

17.

Access to the swimming pool is at your own risk. Children have to be under guidance of parents. Use of the pool is free for camping guests and paid for visitors. All must comply with the rules as depicted at the pool entrance.

PIN / CREDIT CARDS

18.

We don’t have facilities for electronic payment (pin) at the campsite, nor do we accept credit cards. The nearest bank/ATM can be found in Brassac (5 km).

You expressly authorize with no counterpart that “Camping Le Plo” can use pictures or videos of you or your children that could be taken during your stay for our promotional needs.
